What is a Memorial and Tribute Society?

A Memorial and Tribute Society is a fundraising vehicle that allows you to give a
donation in any amount, while at the same time, (memorial) remember a family member or someone you care about who has died, or (tribute) so you can honor a living person for a special occasion such as Mother's Day, Christmas, a new baby, work promotion, or as a special "thank you".

What happens after I give my donation?

After you enter a name into the NSA Memorial and Tribute Society, a beautiful card will be sent to the family of the deceased, or to the person honored, as notification of your thoughtful gift. You will also receive confirmation of the amount of your donation for your tax records.

Names of those submitted to the NSA Memorial and Tribute Society will be posted online, as well as the name of the donor, and also published in the Nebraska Sheriff Magazine.

What is my donation used for?

All money donated to the NSA Memorial and Tribute Society will then be used to help the charitable organizations we support and to further our commitment to the youth of Nebraska. Gifts in any amount are truly appreciated, both by the family of deceased and the person honored, and by the Nebraska Sheriffs' Association.

How do I join?

You can enter a name and give your gift by printing the simple form, filling it out, and mailing it with your check to the address on the form by clicking the following: NSA Memorial and Tribute Society Mail-In Form.
